You may request early deletion of non-legally-required data by contacting our DPO, subject to the limitations described in Section 10 below.

§9Data Security

ph876 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the ph876 Platform.

If ph876 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, that data will be immediately deleted and the associated account will be permanently closed. §12Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of ph876's service providers — including cloud hosting infrastructure and certain game providers — may process your personal data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, ph876 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data transfer agreements that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. ph876 will not transfer personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing such safeguards.
